The Dream Grant is based on yourStudent Aid Index (SAI) within the following range:
2025-2026 Academic Year: SAI of "-1500 to 6,656" (subject to change per updates)
State Student Aid uses data from your CADAA (California Dream Act Application), to
calculate a SAI (whereas Federal Student Aid uses data from the FAFSA, Free Application
for Federal Student Aid.)
Below are refund amounts per semester based on enrollment status:
Enrollment Status (for 6 or more units)
Fall: $250.00
Spring: $250.00
Summer: $250.00

You must be enrolled in 6 or more credit each semester

The Dream Grant is ONLY for qualified students who meet the in state residency eligibility criteria
